Let's Talk: Kuching | Depth of Flavour

In November 2021, Kuching joined UNESCO Creative Cities Network under its gastronomy category marking the end of a year and half application process in which civil society activists and the city government created a compelling narrative to have Sarawak’s capital recognized in this global network.
