China blames US for global panic over rare earths controls
The Chinese commerce ministry said on Thursday (October 16) that U.S. interpretations of China’s rare earth export controls grossly distorted facts and caused unnecessary panic, defending its measures as a “legitimate practice to refine the export control system.”
