Today’s PRU Vantage looks into the insights of what young Sarawakians’ aspirations are for the state and what it needs to retain its talent.
As we all know, Sarawak is the largest state in Malaysia and is of immense beauty, natural resources and diversity. However, many young Sarawakians are choosing to work in other states and country in search of better employment opportunities.
The discussion also sees how these youngsters view the opportunities of megaprojects like Score (Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy) in the near future.
Located at Riverside Majestic Hotel in Kuching, Host Cynthia Ng talks to guests Gerdashlie Bodos who is a graduate and a teacher from UPSI, Paul Racha - a former vice-president for UiTM Sarawak’s student council and Larry S’ng - Youth Advisor in the Chief Minister’s Office. Larry however, has resigned as Youth Advisor and is now President of the Sarawak Workers Party.
