Nine people were arrested yesterday in Tuaran, Sabah for allegedly distributing brochures, instigating the people to cede Sabah from Malaysia.

This was confirmed by the Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar via his Twitter on Sunday who also congratulated the Sabah police for its action.

However, when contacted by Bernama, Khalid declined to comment.

According to Bernama, the Sabah police commissioner is expected to hold a media conference on the matter soon.
