The Ministry of Transport has released the full transcript of the communication between the missing Malaysia Airlines (MAS) MH370 flight and the Kuala Lumpur Air Traffic Control.

Acting Transport Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said the transcript has been shared with the families of those on-board the aircraft.

"The transcript has been shared with the families, and is attached as an Annex to this press release. There is no indication of anything abnormal in the transcript.

"The transcript was initially held as part of the police investigation. Previously, Malaysia Airlines had stated initial investigations indicated that the voice which signed off was that of the co-pilot," he said in a statement released by the Transport Ministry on Tuesday.

According to Hishammuddin, the police are working on confirming the transcript, and that the forensic examination of the actual recording is on-going.

He added that the international investigations team and the Malaysian authorities remain of the opinion that, up until the point at which it left military primary radar coverage, MH370’s movements were consistent with deliberate action by someone on the plane.

On Monday, Hishammuddin said that "Good night Malaysian three seven zero"  was the last conversation in the transcript between the air traffic controller (ATC) and the cockpit at 1.19am (Malaysian Time) as confirmed by the Department of Civil Aviation (DCA).

Forensic investigations are still ongoing in determining whether these last words from the cockpit were spoken by the pilot or the co-pilot.

Hishammuddin said, he has instructed the investigating team to release the full transcript which will be made available during the briefing to the next-of-kin.

Responding to a question during a press conference on Monday, he said the conversation transcript between the missing MH370 pilot and the ATC will only be revealed if consented by the experts.
