A labourer was sentenced by the Sessions Court here today to a total of 14 years' jail for posting insulting comments against the Tunku Mahkota of Johor, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, in a social website.
Judge Sabariah Atan sentenced Muhammad Amirul Azwan Mohd Shakri to a year's jail on each count, to be served concurrently from the date of arrest, which was last April 28.
Muhammad Amirul Azwan 19, had pleaded guilty to all the charges.
