KUALA LUMPUR:A total of 455 individuals were arrested for disobeying orders of the Movement Control Order (MCO) yesterday (Friday) and out of that number, 427 individuals were compounded.
Here are five focus of the statement by the Senior Minister (Defence Cluster), Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob today.
1. 427 individuals were compounded, 27 remanded and one was bailed after disobeying MCO instructions.
2. Op Benteng detained 28 illegal immigrants (PATI) trying to enter the country's borders.
3. 306 roadblocks were conducted across the country.
4. 404 individuals have been sent to hospital while 10,396 individuals were undergoing compulsory quarantine.
5. KPDNHEP enforcement officers have made 654 daily monitoring on 12 types of supply of goods including retailers (483), wholesalers (140) and manufacturers (31).
