Sabah UMNO will remain strong and solid in spite of the challenges faced by the party at both state and federal level, according to state UMNO Liaison chief Datuk Seri Musa Aman.

The Sabah Chief Minister said he could gauge the party's strength based on grassroot sentiments.

"I have been going to the ground statewide for a month officiating divisional delegates' meetings. 

"I can feel the spirit of unity, solidarity and cooperation in Sabah UMNO from the launch to the success of the conferences and meetings at all levels, branch, division and wings. I don't see that there's any problem.

"In other words, whatever the challenges and trials, we in UMNO will remain confident and trust in the party as the best choice to fight for the interest of the people and bring more development to the state," he said.
