Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak believe that female participation in the labour force should be increased to ensure strong and sustainable economic growth.

Currently, female labor force participation is currently at the rate of 47 per cent.

Najib said more jobs that are closely linked to the women's needs should be offered to encourage their participation in the workforce.
