PUTRAJAYA: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob today attended a breaking of fast event with 600 residents of Bera, Pahang, at his official residence in Seri Perdana, here.
The event was also attended by 40 orphans and asnaf (those eligible to receive zakat or tithe) from around Bera.
Ismail Sabri, who is also the Member of Parliament for Bera, spent time chatting and taking pictures with those present.
Later, he joined a congregation to perform Maghrib prayers.
