Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi urged Malaysians to remain united and maintain national stability as they celebrate Malaysia Day today.
 
"The spirit of indivisibility among Malaysians is very important to ensure that the country remains stable, is respected internationally and continues to spur development in all aspects.

"September 16 is an important day for all of us. Selamat Hari Malaysia!" he said in a video clip uploaded on his official YouTube page.

The national-level Malaysia Day celebration is scheduled for this evening at the site of the old airport in Bintulu, Sarawak. -- BERNAMA
