Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar confirmed that police have detained four individuals to facilitate investigation into the hand grenade explosion in front of a nightclub at the Sun Complex in Jalan Bukit Bintang here on October 9.

Of the incident on Thursday in car jockey Tiong Kwong Yie, 36, was killed while 12 others including foreign tourists.
