The Employees Provident Fund's (EPF) declaration of a 5.7 per cent dividend is commendable and reflective of its prudent management strategy, says CIMB Group Group Chief Executive, Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Aziz.
In a statement today, Zafrul said, this was commendable given the tough investment climate both locally and globally, and market uncertainties brought about by 'British Exit' referendum and Donald Trump's presidential Election victory.
EPF yesterday declared a 5.7 per cent dividend for 2016, with the total payout amounting to RM37.08 billion.
